AN OVERVIEW

Lionapex Engineering Pte Ltd and Industrial Power Technology Pte Ltd have been in the field of environmental technologies since 1990. The Group has numerous reference plants in Asia to its credit.The management team's core expertise lies in the power and biomass sectors. The team has developed large power projects and has experience with key aspects of power developments such as site permitting, EPC, project finance, Power Purchase Agreements, carbon credits, just to name a few.

In November 2005 Lionapex Engineering began its first collaboration with the Singapore Government, TEC (The Enterprise Challenge/Prime Minister’s Office) and NEA (National Environmental Agency), and Nanyang Technological University to build a Hybrid Anaerobic Solid-Liquid (HASL) demonstration plant to convert food waste into biogas and fertiliser. In 2008, Industrial Power Technology Pte Ltd spun off and became part of theAsia Tiger Group (Public listed company) with Lionapex Engineering continuing its efforts in bringing HASL, a modified two-phase anaerobic technology, to the next level through progressive R&D. In early 2009 Lionapex Engineering collaborated with yet another national agency, Spring Singapore, on HASL technology.

Lionapex Engineering leads the environmental compatible way to produce electricity, heat and fertilisers, and hence, a more sustainable future.
